The school has a robust faculty, with over 90% holding a master’s degree or higher and over 60% coming from the port industry. About 95% of the faculty are "dual-qualified" teachers. The school features one national-level vocational education teacher innovation team, one Huang Danian-style from Shandong Province teacher team, and one Shandong Province vocational education teacher teaching innovation team.
